in West Dublin. Preferred candidates will be experienced in working in
highly regulated manufacturing sectors such as pharmaceutical,
semiconductor, brewing, food and beverage industries. E&I contractor
experience in roles from construction stage through commissioning to
handover preferred. Based on site on a large industrial project,

site covering all on-site activities from construction, installation
through to commissioning and handover
Duties will include:-
* Monitoring progress on works and supervising progress of E&I
subcontractors on installation of process controls and electrical
systems.
* Ensuring client and industry Quality standards are adhered to
* Conducting regular Site Walk downs, Site Project Progress
inspections
* Updating Site Project Manager and Senior Management on Project
Progress
* Liaising with various trade professionals to organize new work areas
and ensure smooth co-ordination
* Liaising with sub-contractors on materials orders
Ensuring safe workplace, safe systems of work, competent personnel and
safe working practices and culture
Supervise activity/work package delivery
* Record daily activity logs for all site activity
* Attending regular site meetings with site management to update on
progress
* Providing Technical support to trade teams where necessary
Experience and Skill Sets Required.
Senior Trades qualification or equivalent coupled with 5+ years site
experience within pharmaceutical/food, brewing, process, industrial
industries
Knowledgeable and experienced with relative applicable, Electrical &
Instrumentation Industry and international Discipline, Safety Codes
and Quality Standards
Ability to read an interpret electrical, instrument and P&ID drawings
CAD Proficiency (BIM Revit, AutoCAD an advantage but not essential)
Management and supervision of Electrical installations on high urgency
construction projects.
Full E&I system interface knowledge essential, BMS commissioning
knowledge an advantage
E&I contractor experience from construction through commissioning to
handover preferred
Electrical Engineering/equivalent 3rd Level qualification, senior
trades certs advantageous
Excellent people management and communication skills required
Excellent fault finding & troubleshooting skills
Can interpret schematics and electrical drawings
Strong understanding of site activities and how they are planned and
coordinated
